Please Note: We do NOT accept returns for change of mind under any circumstances due to being food products.

Damages and issues

The Lolly Shed cannot take responsibility for melted chocolate and pick n mix items due to the fragile nature of these products and the weather. All care is taken to ensure orders get to you in one piece.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive your item and we have substituted one of the options in your Pick 'n' Mix, it is simply because we have run out of that specific product. Please ensure that you read the instructions of our Pick 'n' Mix when ordering to avoid disappointment. We will not be held accountable if you fail to read the instructions.

REFUNDS - Accidental purchases 

Please note if you have purchased via our web store accidentally, refunds will occur a $5 processing fee for fees occurred on our end to process any refund.
